Return & Exchange Policy

At VestraStyle, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges based on the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only if the item meets the following conditions:

✔ The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
✔ All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
✔ A request is made within 3 days of receiving the product
✔ Only defective, damaged, or wrong items are eligible for return/exchange

❌ We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Size issues (exchange may be possible depending on stock)

  • Items purchased on sale or with discount codes

  • Pre-order items unless defective

  • Personal use items (innerwear, accessories, etc.)

  • Customer-damaged or altered items

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange for size or design changes if stock is available.
If the requested size or item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.

Customers may be responsible for additional delivery charges for exchanges.

3. Defective or Wrong Item

If you received:

  • A defective product

  • A damaged item

  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the issue

We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost, subject to availability.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the product

  3. Wait for confirmation and instructions

  4. Return shipping details will be provided after approval

Return shipping costs may apply unless the mistake is on our end.

5. Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds.
Refunds are provided only as a store credit, which can be used on future purchases.

No refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size selected by customer

  • Pre-order delays (as production time is mentioned)

6. Cancelation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Pre-order items cannot be canceled once processed.
